This service can include the following: Joint location check, unlimited phone calls, Skype and e-mails, final trades coordination and booking, financial and budget planning of all trades on site and responsibility for all payments that have to be made on the day of the event, event schedule includes supplier coordination, location set-up including decoration, table, light & music arrangement, emergency kit (sewing material & handkerchiefs), transport and travel arrangement, coordination of champagne reception, catering etc.
